    Do I need a Stripe account to use Hostie Hub?
    Yes — Stripe is how your guests pay you directly. If you don't have one it only takes a few minutes to set up, and we walk you through it inside your dashboard. Stripe is free to open and only charges a small fee per transaction (paid by your guest at checkout).
    Does Hostie Hub take a cut of my sales?
    No. Your $99/yr covers everything. Every dollar your guests spend goes directly into your Stripe account — we don't touch it. The only fees are Stripe's standard processing fees, which are standard across all online payments.
    What's my store address?
    When you sign up you choose a name (e.g. "sarah") and your store lives at sarah.hostiehub.com. It's that simple. You just drop that link into your Airbnb or booking confirmation messages and guests can browse and buy.
    What kinds of products and services can I sell?
    Anything your guests might want — early check-in, welcome gifts, breakfast baskets, experiences, airport transfers, pet fees, extra cleaning, flowers, champagne, tours. We give you suggested items to start with, but you can add or remove anything you like.
    How will I know what my guests ordered?
    Every order shows up in your host dashboard with the guest's name, check-in and check-out dates, what they ordered, and any notes they left you. You'll also receive an email notification for every new order so you're never caught off guard.
    Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, anytime. We don't believe in lock-ins. If you cancel, your store stays active until the end of your billing year. We'd be sad to see you go — but no hard feelings!
